View Full Version : Autobacs Super GT 300km @ SUZUKA

I just got back from Suzuka for the Autobacs Super GT 300km, that was the best time I have ever had in my life, since my friend ( Biki san) is quite important ppl in Suzuka so i can get access to all circuit area, its just amazing how this car perform and how loud is the car make, I can even hear it from my friend place about 8 km away, and I can get a chance to take a photo w/ drift king Keiichi Tsuchiya, Gan san and the race queen :D

looks like u had a great day!!!

Meetin tsuchiya, Gan-san and pics with all them race queens not to mention being at a super GT event... I'd love to go to one some day...

i think is just lucky for me that i can get know him very well, he used to live in Sydney before for 1 year and his father used to be a mayor in Suzuka City Hall, thats why he can get access to the circuit with no problem

Didn't he retire aaronng? I thought i remembered him saying on one of the latest BMIs hes retiring and letting the new gen like Jboy and stuff take the reins (even tho they drive for dif JGTC teams)...

Didn't get to watch the latest BMIs... Damn I need to go do some shopping....

He races (or used to) in the GT500, so it makes sense to manage the GT300.

yea he retired a few years ago...
took over the ARTA AUTOBAC's management outfit ... from Augri i think it was...

I tried to make it to a JGTC / Super GT race last year when i were in Japan but missed out :o

Well there was a huge language barrier and i had to fend for myself for 4 days in a city where no one underestood english. I was lucky enough to be guided to Super Autobacs, Mugen HQ and theHonda showroom. Apart from that, yeah hopefully there will be another oppertunity ;)
