Hello all,
i am looking at getting some projectors off ebay..
anyways i came across these projectors,
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/TYC-99-00-HONDA-CIVIC-2-3-4D-PROJECTOR-HEADLIGHTS-BLK_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33710QQitemZ8012535 070QQrdZ1

why are these twice the price of the others the "tyc projectors"

in comparison to these

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/99-00-HONDA-CIVIC-DUAL-ANGELEYE-PROJECTOR-HEADLIGHTS_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33710QQitemZ 8013510073QQrdZ1

which seem to be the big seller.

also anyone with interesting infor on projectors would like to share any info please do!

thanks heaps

looks like the first one has one halo and the second has two halo. and ofcourse the signal is different.
I'm sure they both as good as each other, just depends which u like better.

surely the price difference of roughly 100usd could justify a lil bit of difference it cant just all be in the build quality can it?

dude, its ebay. theres no RRP on ebay. either will be fine quality. the pricey ones may be a bit better but i dont think twice the price better.
i've seen the same type of projectors being sold by 2 diff ppl. the first guy was selling for ~$80 while the other was selling for ~$200

only about a $50 difference in price after you factor in shipping costs

they look entirely different to me - its really your personal preference and how much you're willing to spend.

maybe this has been addressed before but what happens when the light globe fries up, I've got a set of projectors at home with a busted light globe but never really have the time in replacing it.

Looking at the projectors, they seems pretty hard to dismantle and replace.

^^^i hear this problem all the time, i hear because of the voltage spikes in your car it often fries the rings? few people have told me to get to get voltage spike stoppers(sorry i cant remmember what they are called its very early in the morning(i cant sleep)). I found out today that tyc are actually fairly decent quality parts so i might stick to that. thanks for help anyways guys.
