Ive got an auto eg civic. Can i use a manual ecu with my auto ecu chip??

As far as I know, Manual and Auto ECU do not mix... :)

You would have to get me specific information on each ECU, before I could answer that question, in general yes you could make it work. But more than likely your current auto ECU, has been modified to accept this “chip” that your talking about ? what chip is this how was it installed, its these changes that must be done to the other ECU to make it compatible. In general all amtel 256k64bit EPROM’s do not contain automatic transmission instruction code so yeah it will work but I would recommended someone with extreme knowledge to work on a solution for you.
