do a full radiator flush and top up with coolant...see if that gets rid of that crud.
Also , might be ur radiator is rusting from the inside...

how many KM your radiator done?
it could actually be the insides of your rubber hoses? what coolant have/are you using?
i have never seen anything like that before - which bit of the radiator did it come from? very weird!
can you provide some relativity scale - is that clump of stuff the size of a 20c piece or samller?
best HG = OEM honda...

mine is also currently takin up heaps of water, ive decided 2 park it till i figure it out.
i got no idea wat that could b, rust wouldnt form in that shape or color, let alone that much. flush out ur radiator, then c wat happens
let us know how it goes.

hey dude, i just asked my old man whos a mechanic.
i remember u said that ude done ur head before, he says that gunk could b oil from when u done the head. it could have seeped in2 the radiator, because it wasnt flushed out properly when u were gettin it fixed.
he says be careful coz the that amount of gunk could have bloked ur radiator, which means water may b blocked from reachin the gasket, and u may have blown it. that may b y ur losing water aswell.

You can be leaking water into the pistons and then burning it and blowing it out the exhaust
Then there are now visable signs of a water leak
maybe just retouque the head
gotta take out the cams and shit
but if you go that far you might as well change the gasket

found a hole in my radiator !! it was weird.. didnt leak until i decided to jack the car up this morning and it started leaking from the side
but still doesnt explain all the shit in my radiator...
its some form of stop leak. they always got that sandy stuff in them to seal up the cracks...
