how do you tune the prelude vtir 5th gen air/fuel ratio

you can add an ecu add on, of make your ecu tunable, or change your ecu.
then with a tuner ( who knows what there doing ) and a dyno ( plus the dude who drives the dyno who also may be the tuner ) you run the car on the dyno to get your desiered result.
also you can street tune, with specific software and wideband O2 sensor.

If you use a VAFC II to modify the A/F ratio, how can you confirm efficient combustion.
What does the wideband O2 sensor do? Does it measure O2 concentrations in the exhaust emissions or something like that?
