Your service manual tells you all that :)
As for general car info, sites like redbook.com must surely have them...
WELCOME BTW :)

I just had a major service done at a dealer and supplied my own Mobil 1 oil which they were happy to use. Most dealer fluids come from the same place but get labelled accodingly and read "use only genuine blah blah blah". If you want to use something different, make sure it is of equal or better quality and suitable for your application. However if still under warranty, you probably need to stick to the factory spec so as not to void the warranty.

Pretty sure the only genuine fluid you really need is power steering fluid. Just search these forums for info. There's plenty of it.

As for ATF and power stearing fluid, DONT USE ANYTHING ELSE other than Honda Fluid.

Are you sure? I could've sworn it was an H23A. Can you provide a reliable source/link?
