what benefits if any of doing carbon cleaning? wiill it improve the performance?

carbon cleaning is a good thing to do if you take care of your car i did it to my gen 2 crx and the performance did improve a little but the best thing was the fuel consumtion improved heaps

just did mine at 123k kms, didn't notice any difference though.
