I havent posted much in the way of new threads about informative stuff for the simple reason of stupid slagging from people with associated products.

Just wanted to say good job to the mods on the ecu thread, honestly we gave it a nice shot to give out some useful information as to what one may need to use an uberdata, and which methods are possible.

Good jobs on the moderation, it really is a shame that we cant have good information for people who may want to explore different ecu options

but in all honesty, the post was to give people an idea of what could be done going thru a socketed ecu way.

its just hard to confine the matter to just that, cos tuning is still invovled in the whole thing

I can see you how members would have gained from the info... however

There were a couple of issues I had with the thread, to me it appeared it was a sly pitch at letting members know you tune uberdata for a price more than actually giving out info about chipping ECU's and tuning methods.
If you had given more techinical info in your original post, perhaps I wouldn't have been as crittical.

I honestly dont mind how you go about your business.
My issue is that other traders here need to pay for trade space, whereas it seemed you were exploiting the forum in some way.

no its the fact that u cant hack anyone saying anything good about any other ecu. its that simple. if u didnt like it, do as wyn said, and if that was the problem then the mods would have deleted it.

I actualy spoke throughly about this with wyn about how to best word things, infact if u actually read what i wrote, if there was a problem to PM me (the mod team) and that I would work it out as to what we should/shouldnt do for wording. The fact is, no1 that I know would tune uberdata for anyone else. I cant give an example of cost without giving a guide.

But we all know, once another ecu is brought up there will be posts like urs, but honestly evan grow up.

If YOU re-read my posts, I actually praised Blake for uberdata. Stop apportioning blame accept some responsibility for once.

I just knew I would get such a response and it appears you mods have already aligned your opinions without hearing both sides completely. So I guess there's no point commenting further.

i think the mods did a great job being partial about it all. And yes, ur right there is no point in u commenting further cos we already know what u will say.
