The White is the Signal.
Green is Local GND
2 Black are the heater.

Use a multimeter just to be sure. There is a chance I have the Green/White back to front.

Yep your correct

Green or sometimes blue is the signal ground
White or sometimes red is the single output ( this runs typically to D14 on (1990-1996) ecu’s

the to black wires thow are correct, one is 12v (A25) and the other is Header ground (A6) on 1990-1996 ecu's

Rsp00n what year is your car so you can just tap into the ECU wire rather than directly into the sensor. Thus don’t need to run a wire thought the firewall.

well, you'll want to take the wire from the wideband controller that's meant for the display and just run that to the guage

oh, you meant the stock narrowband o2 sensor....

might as well hook it up to a wire coming off the stereo... the guage is just a pretty color show either way

good work.
Get yourself a ECU pinout diagram (available on the net) if you're going to be playing with electrical devices.
The pinout will come in handy.
