Coilover sleeves + rates..

hi, owner of a gen 2 88 CRX
running cusco front strut, bilstein shocks and eibach prokit..

i've looked everywhere before bout spring rates for the eibachs... but can't find the info.. if anybody knows it would be great..

and what sleeves are recommended for bilsteins? if not .. recommended at all.. ??
