ticking noise

Hi guys, after drivin my civic, there will be some ticking noises that seem to come from under the car....not sure where its comin from though...but i bought a bottle of Nulon (to prevent ticking noises) and it didn't work...is this a serious probz?

thats just the extractor cooling down....

Actually it’s the heat shield on the catalytic converter cooling.
Its nothing to worry about
