This is an absolutely impossible question to answer. There is so many factors that go into this that without them, any answer would be meaningless. A small turbo and a large turbo both at the same psi are going to produce very different results.

Its impossible to say how much. Every setup, every part, every engine, every DRIVER, is different, every boosted application is different.

There are 100’s of parts that make a engine work, and any part can break and cause catastrophic damage to your engine.

Find someone who can predict the loto numbers for next weeks superdraw and maybe they can tell you how much boost your engine / setup can run ;)

Honestly when I’m on the dyno, we have special listening tools, a array of sensors, and real time information which tells us exactly what the engine is doing, keeping very close eyes on important things like exhaust temperature, and pre ignition. But to some everything up every setup is different. Tuning / maximum power / max boost is something which will be decided not by your setup, or your self but by your tuner, when the car is being tuned.
