someone told me that double clutching can fark up ur car!

is it true?? anyone know??

i can do it, but does it wear out the clutch quicker?,cause any

gear box problems? or is it perfectly ok to do it?

what effect does it have on the engine and wat it is mainly use for?

umm i heard it strains ur gear box and the money to recon is not worth the double clutchin :P
but this was for rexy's
the same rule should apply for hondas too

Do you know what double clutching is? It prevents wear to the gear synchros. There is no more strain to it than rev matching.
