I was thinking of trading in the 1994 lxi and getting a 6th gen accord later in the year. I would have liked the v6, the only down side is it's an auto.
However I had the opportunity to take a friends 2000 2.3l lxi manual for a test drive this evening.
Hmmmm, very dissapointed. I think I will happily keep my car.
I found that you sat so much higher and closer to the sterring wheel, and it felt more cramped. Rear vision was worse than my car. It wasn't as quick as mine either, although it's slightly more powerful, it's alot heavier than my bare bones lxi.
It was alot quiter though, had to give it some gas to see if it started.
Anyone else have a similar experience?
Raz (I guess I'll wait until I can afford a euro! never! :( )
