Ringing noise

Anyone ever had a ringin noise comin from their dc2? the sound is startin to get quite loud...anyone know what it could be and what itll take to fix...thanx

Most likely its your intake....Does it sound like a whining/ringin sound

well its constant, and louder when i pop the hood...cant really pinpoint the exact area its coming from.

My mate had a similar problem recently and it turned out to be a power steering component. Take it to a mechanic.:)

check your alternator belt, i had the similiar problem like a tingaling noise/ringing noise. i had the alternator belt replaced and no more noise.
