eg cluster help

ok anybody with an eg want to do me a favour? next time you go start your car, turn the key to 2 (reds) and tell me what lights up. more specifically, does the fuel one light up.

this is what im getting at the moment, just concerned because i dont think ive ever seen the empty fuel light come on, might open her up and check the bulb.

i dont get the fuel light when i start mine up, ive got one in the breeze, but it doenst light up when i flick it over

Hey mate,

I get the same fuel light that comes up when I turn to the "ON" position. Comes on for about a second then turns off. No problems and the car runs fine.

yeh i second kappa's comment..

however could it be possible that u are running very low on fuel?

yer i light does not come on at start check the bulb but in my car it never come on even with low fuel i find that the sensor in the tank was stuff all i had to do was get a new sensor

my EG Si is exactly the same ~ when i have no fuel as well.

err kappa is right...
hondas run a drain-back fuel system...

and that light at the bottom riht corner is on for a bit then goes off..

the fuel is being loaded again...
