View Full Version : SRS Light Wont turn off

just need some info on why my SRS light wont turn off.... I parked my car, came back and it remained on.. I have no idea why it doesnt blink like normally then turn off, just happened all of a sudden.
any ideas on how I can fix the problem?
its a 94 accord vti-s

ahh just a note,, i recently installed a sound system, running two amps.. will this have anything to do with it?

hay dude.

did you tap into the wiring loom that was in the yellow conduit. check yoru SRS fues.

its a bit coincidental that this happen after you installed some amps.

like ZCO said, do a search, there is a bit of info out there on hoe to reset the ecu and read out the fault codes.

find someone with a scanner it will pin point ur problem!

nobody would be that daft ... more than likely he pulled out one of the yellow connectors with battery connected. use the srs reset routine and you'll be fine ... if not, check all connections, fuses etc before you try the resetting routine again.

my legend dose this all the time, and all it is, is a blown tail light. just replace the blown one.

i tried doing the resetting the srs light thing but it doesnt work

i used speaker cable to jump it but yeh nothing blinks or anything
any help?

did you do it to the yellow two pin femail connector, not grey, green or blue
