what could be the cause, what are my options

Sounds like you need to replace the seals on your valve cover. There are 4 that are on the underside around the holes to access your spark plugs.

yeah its not that bad. it happened to me also before. Just clean out the sparkplugs properly. Its just the rocket cover seal easy to fix. If your lazy you can use some gasket glue on it. I brought some for like $5 somwhere can't rem now

ok, its gotta leak down on the sump near the crankshaft aswell could this be the same thing

No i dont think that this would be from the same seals. Unless the leak is coming down from the valve cover seal on that side.

what he sed^^ get some new seals from the Honda dealer, itll be like $5

if you are too tight to buy the 4 x O rings , try this DIY I made below ~
