sort of midway through a conversion myself.
you need fenders, bonnet, bumper, headlights, front scoop, and radiator support.
Front end is different to AUSDM dc2's, so you need to remove the AUSDM radiator support, and the JDM radiator support welded on to fit the parts on. Then after that its easy to fit the parts on. Installation varies from place to place, $500 give or take. shouldn't be more than that just to put the parts on. Respraying is a different story. If you gonna do a full respray, or just respray the front to match the existing color of your car, in which you would need to go out and get quotes from panelbeaters etc.
This has been covered before if ya search.

To source the parts, you can contact some of the traders in OH that sell JDM sh*t, or at least be able to import it for you, so keep an eye out in parts for sale.
Yanaka Auto Parts in traders is selling some of the parts as far as i'm aware for the moment

Peepz sell em on Clubrsx.com as well. But if you have a look around you might find somebody selling the parts you need.
