Hey guys,
I'm getting a set of 17" Chromies soon and am thinking of upgrading my brake setup to cope with the increased rotating mass the brakes are going to have to cope with.
I have an EG Si sedan with 4-wheel disc brakes and front slotted rotors. No particular brake pads. I'm running 14" MX-5 rims which seem to be very light and I'm pretty happy with braking at the moment.
Which is the most straightforward way of upgrading EG brakes? Is it possible to change only calipers/rotors and the master cylinder? Also a bolt-on option is preferred vs. a custom setup.
Fire away.
Cheers,
-Kappa
