Guys..

I've got a 5th Gen VTiR as my daily driver. Looking at some lowering options.
I wont be tracking this car or taking it to any shows.. so not looking into coilovers.. a simply strut/spring combo is good enough for me.
Looking at going 2" lower... i have 17" rims. Is yellow konis with king springs ok?
any help/recommendations would be great...

cheers..

koni yellows and kings should be fine.
although kys and eibachs would be better

I would rather prefer the koni/ebach combo, but ive got kings and konis atm and they are fine.

eibach with stock would be fine enough... eibach rob settles down to 1.7-1.8"

the ride quality depends on the shock you got... dropping 2" with stock shock wont last very long. If i was to drop 2" or above i get myself some koni yellow or kyb

with konis you can adjust them soft to firm, not sure if kYBs do that. its got a very nice ride.

check traders - mods were cracking down on the 'how much'.

i think it was 850 for set of yellows last time i checked.
