electrical problem

i installed angel eyes and when i turn them on parkers, normal or highbeam the lights in my dash dim n sumtimes when i flick my high beams or just normal lights on it cuts out my cd player.. tacho also dies for a second than it kickes straight back in also wen i wind the windows all the way up sumtimes cuts the stereo out to and wen i crank my subs my front head lights flash to the beat :o

sumthing is fukd i dunno if it's my battery or wiring cuz i solderd plugs for the head lights onto exsisting wiring?? or what anyone no what it could be?

check the cutout/ relay..

1. Check to see that your decks' 12+ and ACC are plugged correctly.
2. check where your healights are wired ( and ur parkers)
since they are the non-stock items using power?

Headlights r wired into exsisting wiring.. the halo rings r wired with the parkers.

im prety dumb whats/wheres the cut out relay?
