both would be an improvement over the standard one you have but i wouldnt bother with the audm one if you want a worthwhile gain

yeh as far as how much it will cost even for a audm one you MIGHT find its not really worth it, jdm ones are obviously a more worthwhile and better gains, that is if you can find one... (i think there is/was one forsale on here somewhere)
