what is the problem with my suspension?

last wed i went to change the lowering spring and aftermarket shocks ,mags, since then i have got a clicking sound when i turn with fully locked the steering wheel , anybody knows what problem that is , cos i frusrates me a lot ,since have to do this kind of turn at roundabout everyday, thanks , i was it might be a cv problem ,i just can't see how, how come it did not happen before i changed everything, thanks

maybe a CV joint problem...check both CV rubber boots around the back of the front wheels - see if they are torn or leaking grease. OR perhaps something ont he wheel is rubbing at full lock - look for rubbing marks on the inside of the guards and inner fender etc.
