removing rear seats/parcel tray

hey guys,
got a civic 1997 sedan,
just like to know how to remove the rear parcel tray, and the rear seat (the bottom half)
any help is good help :]

The parcel tray should have some plastic clips that you will have to push back through to allow the shelf cover to be free. Make sure your speakers arent screwed through this into the frame. If thats the case they will have to come out also

As for the back seat if youlook near the floor there should be 2 bolts that hold the seat down. undo them and then the seat should spring upwards. then just a matter od unclipping it at the back.
