just wondering if anyone has the pioneer DEH-P7750MP head unit

i own a 98 integra and have just installed this headunit into my car, i was wanting to know whether there was a cable for the auto antenna from this unit as it isn't displayed in the manual,

if anyone with an integra has this unit could you please tell me what you did to make your antenna opperate if there is no way of opperating this from the headunit

you hook it up to the remote wire.
should be a blue wire.
i think pioneer call it 'system control wire'
it's either blue. or blue with a white stripe.

That is correct, unlike Alpines and Clarions, Pioneer do not use a separate antenna trigger wire. :)

You simply join the amp remote and aerial trigger to the blue wire.

well i've imagining.. you separted all the wires..
like.. you done all the speaker wires.. power, ign, and ground, plus illumination.
so there should be only a few wires left.. a test light should do it.
or go to your aerial motor.. and see what colours are there and match em to the ones coming to your h/u.

So what happens when you play a CD? The antenna will stay up, yes?

Maybe put an inline switch so you can control when the antenna will go up and down if it starts to annoy you.
