Aftermarket Valves / Oversized Aftermarket Valves VS Standard Valves

Hey guys
as you may not know i am building a d16 non vtec, for a high boost (low compression )setup. Now i currentlt have stock valves and i was wondering if running aftermarket or oversized valves would be bennificial.

I have my eyes on these

Stainless Steel Dish Face Valves - Nitrade coated

In standard size or oversized size

Would my setup benefit from either of these or just alot of trouble then worth?

msg dynodave. bigger valves dont do sh*t unless u get everything ported out to suit. In the end ur better off getting a vtec head cause they flow alot more stock and give u plenty of cam options. Other then that, u need a better intake manifold 2. I know a guy who just did a high-boost nonvtec setup and made 170kw at 21psi. I made that with ALOT less.
