i suggest koni yellows they are a very versatile shocks
i have them on my car and they changed the handling of the car like 1000 times better
you can see some traders here on ozhonda or you can see top performance there prices vary

can they handle a car being lowerd 3 1/2inchs?
i was looking into KYB AGX but they recommend only 50mm. doesnt mean you cant go lower, just that the shock wears out abit faster... is it the same with the KONIs?

i dunno really ive only dropped mine 2.2inches
the koni i know have rings of where they can be mounted if you want to go lower than recommended you have to create new lower rings
the shocks are also reconditionable so if eva they go you can get them re gased again

Unless your just getting coilover sleeves then you don't need new shocks, as they come complete.
