question for the people installed organic clutch and flywheel

today got my exedy organic and 12lb flywheel installed, feels pretty good, rev up faster and doesn't drop that fast, pedal feels heavier, still getting used to it, on the way back ,crunched gearbox one time, released clutch before getting gear properly, :( feel painful, first question , when do you know your gearbox is worn out?

second question, now when i pedal the accelerator, i feel it is a bit shaky , feel it gets friction with something especially when i take off ,i hold the clutch a bit since this is new clutch. the guy installed them for me rekons is the flywheel, anybody experience that ,thanks

was the flywheel and clutch new? sounds like its chattering, but u dont get chatter with a organic disc unless the flyheel is used and u didnt get it machined beforehand.
