hey guys i was wondering what would be my best bang for bucks for engine conversion cause i just picked up my civic gl twin carb.. and was wondering how much it all costs and which one would give me best power-to-cash ratios =]

if anyone can help that would be great

The B16A would be the easiest and cheapest by far, the B18C would be just about as easy but the purchase price much more, however the extra torque would be great in the light EG chassis.

The other two would be prohibitively expensive but K20A is the ultimate.

hey how much are the b16a conversion and do i have to get like brake upgrades? cause i have a gl civic i think its like a 1.5 twin carbie soo how many ltr's are the b16a? and how much labour?

b16a is a 1.6L dohc vtec with about 118kw

your best bet is to either search or ring up some workshops in your area.

u might wana consider a d16a motor - twin can non vtec - cheap as chips

but yeah as every1 mentioned.. do ur research then ask questions
