Hi,

What is the benefit of having bigger battery more AMP, will this mean it will be better for our car, or our alternator will have more stress to charge the better or vice versa.

Essential for a large sound system to provide enough power for your amps. Once you go beyond the bigger better battery then its 2nd battery and upgraded alternator time.

the rating on a battery is cca cold crank amps an if your not using it for a stereo the only main thing it will do is increase how fast your starter motor turns your motor over witch is need in really cold weather like they get in other countries or for high comp motors minor benifits will be that you can run your stock acc for longer an still start your car but if your looking for somthing to run a stereo consider running a second battery with an upgraded amp
