Electronic Sunroof

I have a DEL SOL with an electric roof which hides away into the boot automatically.

The car is fitted with a factory spoiler, and was wondering....
If i fit the car with a new spoiler would it affect the workings of the electronic roof?

Looking at fitting a high wing similar to a DC2 style wing.

i say dont do it the factory spoilier looks good already
DC2 wing will look rice, but i wouldnt mind seeing what a GT wing looks like

ohh man please dont do it !! you have a JDM imported CRX so forget the rice !!

remove the stock wing and leave it wingless or keep the OEM wing and leave it - that's my opinion... your Del-Sol doesnt really need any additional downforce on the rear ;)

never knew it was a JDM import, i guess i don't want to take the risk of hurting the workings of the boot lid.
Will keep the original wing on.

dude... do what YOU think looks good.. not what people tell you.. if a ricer said PUT CLEAR TAIL LIGHTS ON... this is no reason to do it, just the same as if JDM guy says KEEP THE OEM WING, no reason to do that either.

If people didn't do 'different' things to thier car (even if some people consider it ugly) so suit THIER style, all our cars would be the same, what would be the point then?

No matter what yo do to your car, in someones opinion, it'll be ugly, so do it for yourself. I say keep researching to find out if other people have modified the standard wing with electric roof, then go for it!

removing rear wing wont damage the TRANSTOP feature but it may leave holes that will leak water and look ghetto.

AUS CRX (Del-Sol) never had the fully auto roof - not even as an option - was only the JDM version that had the TRANSTOP electric roof as far as I know.. does your motor say "B16A" or "B16A2/3" ?

haha shutup, I had altezzas, and I acknowledged they were rice at the time, but still till this day (car written off and all) I will argue the colour of the car looked shit with red tail lights :p

But yes.. I'm sticking to my guns.. do the big wing if it's what you want!

ive seen pics of the dc2 vti-r wing on delsol and they looks good imo. just like the stadard one with a bit more curve n stuff.. cant explain it but yea..

not %100 how easy it is but u should look further into it if your wanting to do it.. do wat u think looks nice.. dont always listen to other people everyone has dif thoughts

I say rip off the whole wing and fit a GT-Combat-III wing.. or one of those bi-level wings.. nah screw it get a Supra Rear Wing and a Veilside front bumper.. and a dual-cowl hood.. ohh some under-body LED's also.. siiiiiiiccckkk mayattt !!

do you realise how rare a transtop del sol is, i would keep it standard for better re-sale, but they do look cool with no wing.
