Go king springs man
Do a search for blown out Coilover sleeves
There are some good Coilover sleeves so tell us what brand they are?
Most ones on OZ aBay are crap

As others have said man, if you want sleeves then dont get cheap ebay ones from australia, they are crap. Get some reputable ones from the US such as Ground control, omni ower and Skunk 2. They are all very good brands.
I myself have some omni power ones and had them for a year still going strong and the adjustability is great! The springs are pretty damn stiff though so ride is quite bumpy but i dont mind.

Got them for $360 off a trader on here.
coilover sleeves are crap !! Groundcontrol are the best of the bad bunch, but even they require modification to your shocks etc. one must understand that they are making the seat of the spring separate to the shock's body. only reason to get coilo-over sleeves is if you are sooo in love with your konis that you cant sleep at night and u need to lower your car more than the konis allow.
fitting sleeves on your stock shocks will kill your stock shocks in new record time and the ride and handling will not be very balanced at all.
save your pennies for an integrated unit (coilovers). they're cheaper than say Konis with Eibach springs.. even entry level coilovers like Hotbits and D2 (etc) are waaay waaaaaaaay better than coilover sleeves.

like the old saying goes... you get what you paid for!
better to save some more and get something that comes with warranty and a reputation behind the product, otherwise you end up spending twice as much in repairs or finding out you wasted your money on something cheap.
suspension is important to a car, so don't cut corners on something cheap
