it just tricks the car what temp the car is at.
it tells the car that it is at a lower temp so that the ECU will put more fuel in your engine thus getting slightly more performance.

The box is just a resistor, i brought one just for the hell of it, but i haven't installed it yet.

funnily enough, it is a resistor worth around 1c as you can buy a hundred in bulk for a $1 if you look hard enough.

i did a install on one of them power module on a mates celica, it a dodgy peice of harware, it cheat the ITA sensor to beleieve it sucking in cold air hence, more fuel into the system. i think it dopes shit in all honesty and a real dodgy way of modefying. better of using a cheap chinese pod filter might do more kw gain.

Red badge = 11kw
big bore cannon muffler =14kwgain@!!!

All dyno proven!!! best result, best bang 4 buck
