just recently this has started happening

driving normal my car runs fine, then if i VTEC just for a short amount of time my alternator belt comes loose and starts slipping and making that really bad screach, i tighten it and all runs fine till i VTEC again, car will be serviced in around 2 weeks, i dont think its the belt, more the nut and bolt as they come loose after hitting hard, i tighten well tight but still comes loose

get a new nut and bolt.
maybe it's cross threaded.

first of all. see if you can take it out to make sure that it's damaged.
but yes you can go to a honda dealer.
but keep in mind.. that you'll probably have to wait about 2-3 weeks to come from japan.. because i'd highly doubt they would have any.
that or you can try your luck at the wreckers.

i recon your belt is rooted. if it has slipped badly enough then the ribs will be screwed, causing it to keep slipping.

change your belt and do it up properly
