How much $$$ in labour to replace valve springs

Has anyone here with a DOHC B series(B16a, B18C...) upgraded there valve springs for something tougher- and had the job done at a workshop. If so, how much did it cost you for mech labour?

I paid 500 to get my toda valves springs, retainers put in. That included motul oil too. CHeap cheap. Usually it would cost you roughly 800ish because it requires you to remove the head.

no it does not require removing the head. you got ripped :)

it can be done with out removing the head. last one I did I slugged em 200 or so I think. did it in the car in 1 day
