Hey guys, just curious to know whether anyone here carries bikes on their civic (esp. egs) and if so how? Is there a bike rack availiable? Roof racks? Cheers!
I know for sure that the EK civic's had an OEM Honda Access roof-rach that catered for bikes to be mounted.. but might be hard to source new from a dealer, and prob more expensive also.. but you CAN fit roof racks to your EG.. check out THULE as they should have something top-notch and prob cheaper than OEM.

yeah - ^^^^ - thats what I was going to suggest. I actually bought a bike yesterday and before xmas we bought a bike for my GF and she drives an EG.
I fitted my bike which is a Large quiet easily into the CRX by having the front and back wheels off, same thing applies for an EG.
If you haven't bought a bike yet, consider quick release front and back wheels as well as quick release seat - saves heaps of time when dismantling and reassembling. Otherwise you can change the axels on existing bikes for QR.

Hehe, I'm doing it the other way around, got the quick release bike, now finding the car to fit. :P. Just had finance dissaproved through commonwealth bank cos I haven't been wokring long enough, and my dad just changed jobs. :(
So where do you guys ride? Do you do much riding? The other night I rode from Belgrave to Blackburn, then in the morning, from Blackburn to Black Rock. Yay! I want to get cleats/shoes and slicks - I have a big MTB, and do more long distance/road riding than off road. THe frame is nice and light tho; -i have a norco kokanee 22" frame. Cheers!
