So I collect my new Jazz this week. It's not going to look as jazzy as most of yours on here cos it's a silver GLi auto but I'm still very excited all the same.

Just wondering if anyone's got any good advice for running it in and general stuff.

I read some people have preferences for brand of petrol and oil, will these make much difference?

Welcome :)

Jazz is a great little all rounder hatch... mine auto too so dont worry hehe.

And i dont think different petrol and oil make much of a difference.. cuz i use everything hehe even cheapo petrol stations in woopwoop..

congrats on the new purchase... i think the most important thing is try to avoid harsh acceleration and braking... drive gently for the first 1000km to get a proper break-in...

great buy..dun worri on the looks tho...so long as youre happy with it..

i have a vti which is slightly heavier than the gli and slightly lighter than the vtis but it has the same engine as the vtis

just doesnt have rims, kit or rear spoiler

fun to thrash tho..i use standard unleaded on it...with highway driving...can get it down to 4.5L/100km, with suburban driving to 5.5L/100km and when i drive maniac as high as 10L/100km

just stay calm for the next 5,000km to run in.. Honda FEO Engine Oil should be good enough.
