View Full Version : Turbo Civic Dyno REsults, inc plot.
Sinc emy old thread was deleted, i might as well post something regarding it.
This was my project and it accumulated with a tuning session and power run. Tuned with a greddy e-manage, the car was running very good, alas, my bleed valve let me down in the power deparment. Plenty of boost trouble saw a constant flucuation at 4500-->6500rpm's, peaking at 10psi at 4500, down to a measly 8.5psi at 6500. Never fear, an EBC is on its way.

Below is a link to my project thead. It contain all kinds of data, 'realtime' installation progress, all the problems i faced during the install along with plenty detailed progress shots & costs invloved. As said in the last thread, i intend on doing a small writeup for ozhonda, outlining the project!
Many thanks!

Where is the torque curve :)? its power vs air/fuel.
Look how flawlessly it comes into boost, around 2500 very smooth and consistant build.

U had a go against any cars yet?results?
Whats it like to drive now?Plenty of pull?
yep, lots of pull.. once u hit 8psi u get forced back hard, and have to hold on to whatever u can. Will loose traction in first and 2nd easily in boost. the rain is a bitch, my lil tires just spin when i give it gas, 4th gear and it starts to get fun though.

did u say its losing boost @6500rpm?..
doesnt a wastegate hold the peak boost and not lose any?
i think a wastegate is what ur after, not an EBC... i think hehe
