hey guys my if u look at my rear lcas from the side its not parallel to the subframe from where it pivots, seems to be pushed towrads the right/left side depending on the side u look at it from. is this normal?

i think so. The rear EK LCA's are pressed metal and exactly the same either side , so one side actually appears different to the other ( dont worry tho)
Please take a picture so we can all check it out !

a mate of mine had bought an ek4, the car sat funny, the drivers side rear wheel had a nice camber on it and the passenger side the wheel was perfectly flat so no camber at all , turned out the previous owner had actually hit the wheel going through a rounda bout and had bent the lca.
something to look into. id start by getting a wheel allignment. and seeing how bad it is on paper

nah nothing like that...
have a look at the pic, its the same both sides. i think it may be the bushings? unless my trailing arms are too short therefore the lcas have to be pushed towards the left/right? rofl

it was a bitch to put on the sway bar too, cause wen i took out the pivot bolt, the lca wouldnt align with the holes because it was pushed towards the trailing arm side.

Hmm, it does seem a little out, but from memory mine are also on a bit of an angle.
ekhybrid, when you say the swaybar wouldnt fit, is this because the lca dropped or something else, as I am having difficulty understanding? If the lca was pushed towards the trailing arm then you mean it is angled upwards?

i just had difficulty fitting the swaybar.
ok wen u look at the pic just pretend that u took out the lca pivot bolt, once its out the arm moves more towards the right and therefore the lca pivot hole doesnt align. i had to get a tyrelever to align it back up. hope it made sense lol
