I have a EK, when i changing the gear is not very smoothly , but it doesn't have nosie when i change the gear, reserve gear is a bit hard sometime, but after i release the clutch n try again, then is ok. The peadal of the clutch is a bit high than normal. also the car have no power at all with all gear, aspecially when i doing 80 +

Firstly check the oil in the gearbox as it may be very low. Drain the oil and put some new Honda MTF in.

Does the clutch slip when you accelerate? for instance when you are going up a steep hill and push down on the accelerator, do the revs skyrocket while the car stays the same speed? If so then its the clutch that needs replacing.

If you find it hard to get the gearstick into gear or if the revs dont smoothly match the gear when grabbing the clutch, then it sounds like your synchros in the gearbox are worn.

But to be sure, get a transmission shop to drive the car and check it out for you.

Both of these happened to me and I had to get the gearbox reconditioned, which cost over $1000 :(
