does anyone have any other suggestions for workshops around the north shore area? I need to service my civc, but i dont trust the apprentice at honda and the extreme prices they charge.

the honda doctor is good, but a bit too far away. and its too hard to do mobile, cause i dont have a driveway.

any suggestions

can vouch for DR HONDA . he has rebuilt my B18C7 head , put in a new clutch and flywheel , hasport mounts , intake and a full bushing all on my EG .

photos and stuff can be found on my jdmst thread .. but deff a top genuine bloke before all the corruption and dishonesty began in the Honda scene .

a definite legend in Sydney's Honda scene .

his engines blew up didnt they?

lol what question is that ? so your saying all his engines he worked on blew up ? mine seems to 100 percent fine ? and so are others that go to him .. he built a time attack EG driven by John Boston .. he also built one of the fastest EP3's in AUS that was sold and motor was blown by the buyer .

he's been in the industry probably long before half of the users thought of making an ozhonda account .

I remember I fixed some HID's for free - one of the bulbs blew up eventually and the douche was all up in my face about it. I told him to go away. True story.

That is exactly what I was thinking.

I still do not know the reason.

Long story short, he said he was able to rekey my new ECU with my existing immobiliser. ( I purchased hondata kpro and since I have a type s, I needed a DC5R ecu) I explained everything and he even said he knows KPRO and rekeying the ECU to my existing immobiliser quite well. Next morning went into his dealership and stuffed me around for an hour and still charged me and wouldnt giev my keys back until I paid. Had other appointments that day and attempted the dispute afterwards.

Decided after several emails back and fourth between me and the dealership, getting nowhere, I decided to make this known to forum members on ClubITR. Even till today he still cannot explain himself.

He only deals with people via referral now, if at all..

His too mature for the immature shit that went on around here a while ago.
