can this a/c compressor off d15b with new a/c belt go on my 94 sohc vti civic as my old one has shatt itself :(

As long as the a/c compressor came from a EG D15B motor, it should fit.

Your aware that swapping the A/C compressor over needs to be done by a professional?? Your refrigerant is probably R12 which contains CFC's.
