Ok quick question

I am working on this car (91 prelude with 96-99 H22A) which has not run since the conversion was done. I am adding the additional wires required BUT the car is OBD1 and has an OBD2 ECU in it. The supplier of the ECU charged $400 to get it reprogrammed/reflashed to suit OBD1 harness.

Is this possible? I have never heard of it. One socket of the OBD2 ECU is left empty.

Anyone got a P13 OBD1 ECU and a set of OBD1 H22A injectors?

The ECU has had one chip removed, a couple of resistors thrown in and a fair few empty sockets. Will post pics to RSX message board.

It does run an OBD1 B16A civic with the check engine light on. The B16A has no variable length runners or electronic IAB like the H22A though and I didn't check the codes.
