converted into english:

hi guys what ecu would you recommend i get; I'm looking for something low budget and preferably in the sydney region. The following modifications is what i currently have in addition to some which will be added in the near future:
b18c2
k&n filter in enclosed box
xforce 4-1 header with 2.5" piping back
CTR pistons (or something similar in regards to performance/price)
type R trottle body ( or skunk2 which one is more worhert)<-- ???

I was also thinking of getting cam gears then tune the stock cam shaft
what do u think?
roughly how many kw atw do you think i will get with these mods and a good tune?

I recently had my car turned by APC Racing up here in Brisbane it’s a 1994 VTIR Integra. I’m using Hondata s100 and the car is absolutely amazing to drive now, and my car is fairly stock currently, just intake and exhaust. Call up APC Racing and see if they can recommend somewhere in Sydney for Hondata.

I’m just about to order a set of Toda cams and headers for my car, plus maybe a blue leather interior re trim, it’s a late Christmas present for my self.

I highly recommend Hondata you will love it.

fistly i think you should learn how to speak (or type) properly!

now then......:)
i don't know if it would be worthwhile getting cam gears for the stock cams, i'm pretty sure honda do a pretty good job of tuning them from the factory.
i'd only both with them if you're concidering going for a cam change

just another Q...what is the CR of the new pistons going to be?

do you really need a new ECU for the mods planned? or would the std one work in this application?
maybe a piggyback style ECU would suffice?

I think you should stick to the honda ecu and have it made tunable.

The boxer sounds, as in wrx sound? its because of ur xforce 4-1 header.
