Adv. of Balancing clutch assembly and flywheel

Hi,

What are the benefits of a balanced clutch and flywheel assembly?
I've noticed that many kits are "balanced"

Are we able to get different manufacturers equipment balanced?
specifically Toda fly and exedy clutch, would it be worth it?

If so, where would it be done and approximate cost would be good!
