well i jus need to know which ek came with 15 inch stock , exact yr and the model gli, cxi ,vti etc...

The 99 vtir coupe did (as far as I remember). They were alloys though - not steelies.

[VT3C]

96 VTi (Coupe) had 14" 3-spoke alloy rims.
96 VTiR (Hatchy) had 15" 5-spoke alloy rims.
97/98 VTiR (Coupe) had 7-spoke alloy 15" rims.
all 6th gen other civics had 14" steelies unless they had the 14" or 15" Honda Access rims as an option.
