of corse ive heard of it, f1 cars use it, never spoke to anyone that uses it in road cars.

Elf is absolute premium stuff, they also sell various high octane fuels etc.

Never actually heard of it being available, in small quantities, to the general public though

I use ELF oil and someone in here says it smells nice too! I've yet to smell it but the oil is rev happy!

well a m8 of mine has opened a shop n is now selling the oil..jst wanna no if its alright 2 use on b16a motor

Use the oil rating according to the car's requirement and you will be fine :)

What he said. You would use that only if you built your motor. If you want to use a high performance oil then I would, and do, use Red Line Motor Oil. It is a good synthetic and should be used on motors with 50k miles on them or more. Synthetic oil isn't the best thing to use in new/freshly built motors. It breaks down the seals made by the oil, i.e. piston rings.
