change/new extractors

i cant wait too drive my ITR, later i have replace, my 4 into 1 extractors to a 4-2-1 extractors, the 4 into 1 is too noisy and loud, they said ill get a better flow with the 4-2-1, since it separates the flow to the end muffler, if this a fact? what do u think guys

i dun see how u can get better flow from 4-2-1 i thought it was better flow out of 4-1????

if u want the car to be more quite change the muffler or get another resenator put in, i doubt changing the extractors will do much.
one thing i learnt usually the better the flow the louder the exhaust, not allways but in most cases.

the only thing i found more noisy with a 4-1 was the ticking of the engine. they seemed to amplify it a little.

reviews from magazine, and a few friends of mine who did a header swap from 4-1 to 4-2-1, well i guess they were right, i got back my car yesterday with the 4-2-1 header and i notice its running and flowing smoothly and less vibration around the car, a little lose in take by probably 2km coz i use to get around 35kms on 1st gear normal driving now it went down to 32-33kms, but the top end has a lot of power, when its around 4000+rpm dumping it to vtec, it goes really quick and responsive, ill probably improve my take off by getting a lightened flywheel,
