Whats a decent type of clutch for a b16a?

I'm after something thats strong enough to handle heavey launches, poor (at times) but heavey downshifts in the 4000 + rev ranges, but since i'm not going to high in power and it is my daily driver, something thats not too snappy so Its not a barsted to drive in the wet or in heavey traffic.

Basicly something a bit tighter than standard but a hell of a lot stronger than standard... if that can't be achived then strength over driveability coz I really dont want to replace it very often.

PS does the engine have to be out of the car to reach the clutch? or could i get it out if i lifted it on a hoist/in a pit.

Thanks for your time guys

EXEDY heavy duty clutch. No the engine does not have to be out of the car when changing clutch.

wouldn't you need the car on a hoist if you were going to change the clutch without removing the engine ?

and yeah, just get a heavy duty, should last you quite a while
